Our agricultural culture has taught us that it takes time to do things well. This is why we live in times that are indulged and not imposed, declining the greatness of our passion over an extension of 77 hectares of fields, cultivated with deep kindness towards each of our wheats.

The dictionary defines pasta as 'a dough made from flour and water'. For us it is something more.
It is a means of identifying ourselves with our nation, Italy.

There is a big difference between man, who cultivates and transforms raw materials,
It is the element that perfectly seals innovation and tradition. It is comfort, hard work, fascinating consistency, for some it is a spoon, for others it is strictly a fork, for some it is sauce, for others oil and parmesan cheese.
Pasta is Sunday, a prize, a welcome back home, for students it is with tuna, for grandchildren with meat sauce.
